Stood up the repo. Notebook is alive. Theme picker works.
Next session: install LibreLane (per the toolchain report’s recommendation), do a smoke test, then walk Project 01 — combinational logic playground. The plan is bulk-write the RTL + tests + librelane config in one shot, then read it together while we run the simulator and see what falls out.
No RTL has been written yet. No hardening has run. Anything claiming otherwise is wrong.
