P115 added an FTQ-like metadata shadow beside the existing one-entry fetch queue. The queue now carries PC, sequential PC, predicted target, predicted-taken, return, and jump metadata.
The BusyBox shell workload reached P115-FILE-OK. The FTQ recorded
54,240,789 fills and 54,240,789 consumes with 0 flushes and ended empty.
This rung is intentionally not a speedup. The shell window moved from 64,501,127 cycles in P114 to 65,309,216 cycles in P115. The useful part is the structure: P116 can now make predictor steering active and count the repair cost instead of trying to redirect fetch with no frontend record.
